Is your heart a-flutter for Taylor Lautner? Does the teen "Twilight Saga" star from Grand Rapids make you go gaga?

Here's your chance to be creative and profess your admiration for him.

Send The Press your homemade valentine for Taylor -- who turns 18 on Feb. 11 -- and we'll forward your notes to his Los Angeles office.

We'll also print some of the valentines in the paper, and randomly select some entries to win movie passes.

There are a few Valentine tie-ins here. Lautner happens to turn 18 on Feb. 11 (well, that's almost Valentine's Day). And his newest movie, “Valentine’s Day,” debuts Feb. 12 and features an A-list ensemble cast, including rumored love interest Taylor Swift.
